SAIS SEEDS AND HAINAN STELLARIS CHINA STRATEGIC COOPERATION

We are pleased to announce the beginning of a cooperation with Hainan Stellaris Seed Industry Co Ltd  China.

On August 1, 2025, the two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on variety screening and assessment and variety registration – legal strategic services in the Chinese market .

By leveraging the commercial channels and expertise of both companies, the aim is to effectively promote and introduce SAIS vegetable seeds in China .

The focus will be hybrid fresh market indetermined tomatoes , peppers and eggplants .

The initial phase of the collaboration will focus on market research to better understand local needs , to carry on trials to test the adaptation of Sais varieties  to local growing and marketing conditions and stay updated on seed import regulations and legal aspects .

We look forward to a fruitful and long-lasting collaboration.
